Periferní sídla, obce a oblasti okresu Znojmo - vymezení, typy a stabilita

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the level of development (stability) of municipalities and settlements of various positional types in the Znojmo district. At first, the settlement centres are determined in terms of their hierarchy (microregional, nano, pico and femto centres) and also the non-central municipalities according to the amount of kinds of observed services, the inhabitant count, the amount of public transport connections, and the commute to work or school. In the next step, the peripheral municipalities and settlements in the Znojmo district are determined, according to a small count of public transport travel connections heading to microregional settlement centres and/or due to a too long time spent in this transport connections. Next, the suburban municipalities and settlements are determined as well. The remaining municipalities and settlements (if they are not special microregional settlement centres) belong to the semiperipheral type. In the conclusion part, the socio-demographical and technical-infrastructural development (stability) of individual types of municipalities and settlements, and also of individual types of peripheral areas are then examined and explained. Overall, 2 microregional settlement centres were determined (Znojmo, Moravský Krumlov), 10 nano (for example Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou and Miroslav), 9 piko and 17 femto settlement centres. More extensive peripheral areas were determined in the area around Vranov and Jevišovice. The highest level of development was shown by municipalities of microregional residential centres and suburban municipalities around them, as well as semiperipheral municipalities, especially semi-peripheral nano and piko settlement centres. The worst level was seen by peripheral non-central municipalities and peripheral piko settlement centres.

Možnosti rozvoje ekologického zemědělství ve vybraném regionu

The topic of this diploma thesis is called "Possibilities for organic farming development in selected region". It is focused on Znojmo District. In the theoretical part, there basic concepts of examined problematics are defined. Own research is focused on the comparison of the conditions for organic farming in Znojmo District and Hollabrunn District generally and also on example of concrete organic farms. This thesis further evaluates potential of organic farming in Znojmo District on the base of SWOT analysis and proposes the possibilities for its future development there. Solution of the economical problems, the well targeted promotion, changes of the system of the financial support, the labelling emphasizing local origin or the cooperation with neighbouring Austria can be named. In all cases, personal belief in the sense of organic farming, interest and support of the EU, public administration in the CR, specialized organizations but also the individuals are important.

Stav ekologického zemědělství ve vybraném regionu (Znojemsko)

In the bachelor thesis "State of ecological agriculture in chosen district (Znojemsko)" is processed overview of ecological agriculture state in Znojmo district and characteristic of two ecological subjects. In the practical part of this thesis is, from public accessable sources, processed detailed overview of current enterprises in Znojmo district. Founded information about number of and bussines activities of these subjects are consequently compared with other districts of the South Moravian region. Next part of the thesis characterizes chosen subjects, boundary stones of their business, present use and their contribution to the region. Investigation was made by interviews. The chosen subjects were: Farm Zerotice and Wine-enterprise of Spalek family s. r. o.

The bachelor thesis discusses the effectiveness of active labour market policy and its instruments used in the labour market, particularly in South Moravia and the Znojmo region. The first theoretical part of the thesis defines unemployment, active labour market policies its development and legislation. Later the thesis focuses on the problems of the tracked region, labour market and unemployment as well as active labour market policy in the region, its structure and financing. At the same time there are compared the indicators of South Moravia and Znojmo region. The final part defines recommendations that could lead to a better position of active labour market policy in the region and its effectiveness.

Issue of long-term unemployment in the district of Znojmo

Bachelor thesis in the theoretical part defines key concepts and presents the main theoretical concepts concerning the subject long-term unemployment (and unemployment as such) related. It then focuses on the factors and causes of long-term employment and describes the main active employment policy instruments that are in the Czech Republic utilized. The main objective of this paper is to assess the development of long-term unemployment in the district of Znojmo in the years 2009 - 2011 according to selected criteria and the use of the active employment policy in Jihomoravský kraj in 2011. The analysis includes the development of long-term unemployment in total, by age, education, health and describes the individual micro, because each has different characteristics and problems of long-term unemployment is another. In conclusion, I will summarize and evaluate the various criteria selected, so to answer the research question.

The share of winegrowing in the development of Znojmo district

This thesis describe the current situation of winegrowing in the territory of Znojmo, while also describe the evolution and assess the significance of the influence on the development of winemaking district - Znojmo, factors contributing to the regional development of winegrowing, forms of support for this sector, description of the problems in the winegrowing and what are the possibilities for further development of the region in connection with winegrowing. The theoretical part contains only shortly the basic theory of regional development, the thesis continues with a brief description Znojmo district, geographical and economic-social conditions of the territory, then briefly the evolution of winegrowing in the Czech Republic and in detail the evolution of winegrowing in the district of Znojmo. Furthermore author focused on legal aspects of winegrowing in the Czech Republic and the specific conditions of aid after the entry into the EU. Analytical part is focused on the questionnaire survey among inhabitants in the district of Znojmo and the elaboration of SWOT analysis. On the basis of it is then determined the rate of significance for the winegrowing district Znojmo and determined influential factors of development and indicated further opportunities for the development of the region in connection with winegrowing.
